Hello! I am the founder of Morganite Writing Company and, often times, as a client you will be working directly with me. I’ve been in the nonprofit world for the last 10 years, using my love for storytelling and community to increase organization engagement among funders, participants and supporters. A skilled grant writer and fundraiser, my methodology is steeped in authenticity, strategy, and data. I moved into the consulting space full time in 2023, fulfilling my desire to support a broader range of ideas, stories, and communities. As a consultant I help passionate individuals and organizations secure critical funding through grant writing, strategic storytelling, and sustainability planning.

I graduated from University of Southern California in 2015 with B.A. degrees in Creative Writing and in Sociology and earned a Grant Writing and Administration certificate from Cal State University, Dominguez Hills in 2018. A self-proclaimed empowerment enthusiast, my personal mission is to facilitate the emergence of powerful ideas into the world through storytelling.

Waldorf, Maryland is my hometown, though I spent a significant amount of my teenage years in the south suburbs of Chicago before moving to Los Angeles for college. Since then I have lived and worked with clients in various regions of the United States and continue to hold a healthy appreciate for the wide spectrum of lived experiences you will find in every pocket of our country.
