Morganite partners with foundations, intermediaries, and capacity-building ecosystems to strengthen the narrative capacity of the organizations they invest in.
When an organization can't clearly communicate what it does, it goes unrecognized by the systems designed to resource it. The work continues. The funding doesn't follow. That's not a reflection of the work's value. It's a reflection of the story's reach.
Organizations doing deeply compelling work are often operating without dedicated communications support, development staff, or the infrastructure to translate their impact into the language that opens doors.
Morganite partners with foundations and intermediaries who want to change that, by embedding narrative support directly into the ecosystems they fund.
List Morganite as a preferred capacity-building provider and connect organizations in your network to our services. A relationship-based entry point, no funding commitment required to begin.
Fund the Sponsored Access pool to co-invest in capacity-building for qualifying organizations, covering up to 75% of engagement costs. Fiscally sponsored by the Edward Charles Foundation — contributions are tax-deductible.
Embed Morganite inside your grant ecosystem to provide workshops, application support, and one-on-one narrative TA for your cohort or grantees, before, during, and after the grant process.
Partner with Morganite to level the playing field for applicants to your funding cycles, so the quality of the work, not the capacity to compete, determines who gets funded.

In 2024, Morganite co-founded The Wild Seed Collective with LA County's Justice, Care, and Opportunities Department, a grant and capacity-building program for women-of-color-owned businesses.
Morganite wrote the award-winning $1.2 million application, convened the founding agency team, and served as the embedded narrative TA provider for the full grantee cohort across three years of operation.
That model is now available to bring into your portfolio.
We're currently in conversations with foundations and intermediaries about partnership opportunities. If this model fits your portfolio, we'd love to connect.
